Need Info on San Felipe Area

My wife and I like the San Felipe area for winter time. We have a summer place in the mountains of Arizona. Like to have any input about the area, prices or whatever...thanks

sail in

San Felipe is a very good little town that?s about to go big. We bought in, last year, at Campos Octillio. It?s right past Pete?s a few miles. Ask for Salvador, for help, at the settlement. I think anywhere (except El Dorado) is a great place to get a la casa in San Felipe.
This area we choose (SF), is for the end of a 14 hours drive. We plan to use the San Felipe la casa as a resting point before going on to explore Sur Baja. The town has all that wee need for supplies, the folks are excellent, and a perfect beach for wind sailing

We also fell in love with San Felipe - were looking for long term rental - ended up buying in the Del Mar area - last time down there - a few houses for sale in the low 100,000 range - some furnished - a little higher;););)
