Real Estate Prices in Loreto

Good news for Loreto! The Hot shot Realtors are getting ready to descend on Loreto.

there are several well known Banditos who flock to a Hot Market area and attempt to buy up very well situtated Property from the owners who are not aware of the Potiental!

For instance if you have a good Lot near the center of Loreto that will allow Multiple Structures, they may, offer you 50 to 60, 000 knowing that next year at this time it will be worth $160,000.and 2 years fom now $200,000. that is what happened in Cabo. So all the hullaboo with Loreto Bay villages has made people aware that with the right piece of Property you can get a Developer to say put 4 Town Houses up with a View and have a great Timeshare or Vacation Rental.
So all you good people with Property close in at Loreto, double Check, and watch your prices real close for the next couple of years.

Remember "Buy Low, Sell Hight", kinda wish I was back in business, when the small lots were only $5,000.
@0 Years ago I bought a lot with a fido-Comisso right on Jordan, walled in with a Trailer for $15,000, sold it 3 years later for $30,000, now it has a nice Home and is worth a lot of Money.. There are not many Lots left in that Area , they are nearly Pricless because of their nearest to the Beach and the City Center
