Anyone out there that might be looking... This unit is still available.. Take a look at it and make a reasonable offer if you think it will work for you.

anyone looking for something for their lot or a place to live while you build your new place this would make a good comfy unit to park yourself in.

And yes, it is still available.... pictures on craigslist listing BAJASUR

you know you want it so get off the fence and grab this rascal...
If you like the Punta Chivato area north of Mulege I might know of a big lot that is available for a pretty good price,,, Has water, fence, bano, and some landscaping... "not a beachfront lot"
not a very far move from the pad this RV is sitting on...

Either folks think the price is wrong or the right people aren't seeing this. Orlando seems to be in the market and other venders here are asking about RV's for sale.
Maybe put a sign on the fence? Or some photo fliers at Saul's

I think it's more that the bunkhouse models are not popular with people who dont have kids anymore. Bunkhouse models tend to have less of a market.

A large portion of gringos with property in Baja are empty nesters or have a house with bedrooms for those that visit. It's a bit of a niche market, IMO.

I have seen some bunkhouse models that have been converted into incredible amounts of storage in the bunks. It'd be great for the traveling couple that are packrats.

Why dont you edit your original post and put a link to the CL listing in it? People are too lazy to even search these days. I feel like that, sometimes. Well, most of the times, actually.............
