Readiris software review...how good is it?

I am curious if any Nomad has tried the IRIS scanner software being advertised on Baja Nomad. It is a huge file to download but I wonder how good it is at taking a Spanish document and translating into good English?

How good is it?

I haven't seen those ads here. I guess it's one of those that chooses it's audience.
For those I hear snickering...I don't get ads for porn either. :saint:

I'm getting an ad in that box, in Spanish, from ROCKSPACE....whatever that is. The ads in that box aren't the same for everybody. I think they're designed to following your browsing pattern. We've talked about them in the past and some here mentioned ads for porn without knowing they were giving themselves up.

I have the one year-old version of IRIS.

After intently looking at the video demos, none of it made sense when I treid to edit a document that was a PDF...let alone a SCANNED pdf.

I finally gave up!
