It's interesting to see where my original postulation has taken everyone.
I made a personal observation about what I most like about a certain country. I made no inference as to or toward any other specific country. I have
traveled the world and I have seen many countries.
I do think it is possible to make an evaluation (although any evaluation brings with it an inferred comparison but not a specific comparison) without
a demeaning counter proposal. Such was my thought. Politics was not on my RADAR when it was made.

Ahhh...I know, Cliffy. I'm not saying your idea wasn't good from the heart. All I saw was an almost immediate, comparative deterioration of your
premise. it happens all the time.
Anyway...thanks.
I still prefer the beer...Negra Modelo to be sure.

Of course you do. Everyone strives for compliance with and from those they interact with. It's human nature........ it's survival of the
species...... a cornerstone of natural selection. It's social lubricant. How would man survive and advance if everybody was a bump on a stump?

No, I really don't. But I don't presume to speak for "everyone" or even anyone but me.

No one asked for an opinion from "everyone"....not even from you. It was one of them there rhetorical questions that don't require an answer...which
you failed to give at any rate.
We'll try again later. In the meantime, try to remember that "No man is an island".......not even a small one.

I love the overall simplicity of Baja! And such genuinely friendly people!
And I agree with Shari...well behaved kids, and family being at the center of their lives!

I guess you've never watched kids in a grocery store, let loose by their overly-permissive mothers. They can stir up the inventory faster than an
earthquake.

Dennis, I'm sure there are ill-behaved kids, but from my experience the well behaved kids outnumber the ill-behaved children! Your experience may be
different, such is life!

I mentioned overly-permissive mothers. If I were assigning fault, which I'm not, it would be on them.
It's just a different culture with different methods of operation.
That said...kids let loose to maraude a new environment don't get the classification of "well behaved" from me any sooner than would Atilla The Hun on
a rampage.

Give me a break. Kids still play outdoors. That's why my kids love Baja!
