I have a large shop in Mulege and have a couple of sources of Alder and Mahogany in Loreto and exotic woods come from Central Mexico. I just
finished a nightstand and a combination headboard/closet and some outside benches. Picscoming soon. The website shows examples of items I built in
my shop in Colorado and I will be adding to the site as I build custom items in Mulege. I also offer design services. I have my paperwork allowing me
to work here.
I have other examples, I can send on request, including some butcher block Udo
Contact me if you would like to discuss ideas and estimates or for quotes on an item or project.

Very nice workshop, Amigo. Richard showed me around last week in Mulege. Local craftsman and good quality. You might even get a racecar ride if you
buy something. Suerte. Tio

I like the door and panel combo. I am assuming it is a mortise and tenon joinery? Have you ever used a darker wood dowel pinned in the corners? Or
maybe even square? I think it would be a cool detail.

Thanks, yep it is a mortise and tenon joint which I use often, as well as mortise and floating tenon. If the joint needs to be super strong or for
looks, I use pegs. If you look on the website, link above, you will see Cherry furniture and cabinets with m and t joints pegged with square Macassar
Ebony pegs, with the top sides angle cut. Over 400 pegs!
Btw, The door above is Mahogany, which is termite proof and moisture resistant.

Did you make the woven panel or have them made? Is it floating or attached to a solid panel?

Living in Fenix AZ I made a pine cabinet for my house in San Philipe and used Saguaro Cactus Ribs from AZ, Real Saguaros. It was great for a cover
for my center channel speaker that I hid behind the door
