I noticed, too, Paulina. But I remembered that awhile back you told us you were gonna dress up and ring the Salvation Army Bell or something like that, with Cora and her reindeer bonnet.... and I was thinking about you out there in your Mrs. Santa suit with all that length of hair newly cut... and I just figured a rum and coke was exactly! in order.... so I silently said "you go girl". ;D:biggrin::dudette:

You are my new best friend.

I was Mrs. Claus today from 9 - 2 at the community center, so when I got home and out of my claus suit and into my sweat suit I was ready...

Calling Paula

Hey,

You wanted to go shoe shopping---hit the jackpot, found some great Birkenstock Dress Shoes, and Nena, they are "real" shoes.

Just think how great they will look with my new dress--the one I am wearing to the Bahia Asuncion Christmas party.:lol::lol:

Diane,

You will look like Cinderella at the party. You only need one of these to make the outfit complete:

I can see it now...

Nice shoes, Diane... but I'm not a negative heel type of hippie. I prefer my combat boots with 3 inch heels... color, red.:dudette:

I do like that tiara Paulina has offered... if I could borrow that sometime, perhaps I could pretend to be Miss Virtual Berkeley and represent our margarita gatherings throughout the world.:light::biggrin:

There's a question been on my mind all day... and Paula, you seem to be just the artsy person to ask, given the table painting and all.

If I mix four and water will it work as wallpaper paste?

You are much too flashy for me---red combat boots?

Paulina, after I wear that tiara, can I loan it to Nena?

Oh, flour and water--boy, oh boy, maybe at the next chat party we can make a relief map of Baja!

No. No way. It has to be five. Five or nothing. And forget the plain water. Use Pacifico, a much better bonding agent.

No Dennis, I think it's Seven. Seven and seven. That seems to have the best plastering effect.

Sometimes having a spell check just doesn't help at all.
But Diane understood me.

So if I've got this right... I get plastered with the 7 and 7, and then I can stick my wallpaper to my desktop and it will stay there? :?:

Think I'm waiting for Paula's sage advice on this.

Diane, thanks for the shopping trip! I love the shoes, and I'm going to Telas Cindy first thing monday for pink chiffon, cuz the dress is dreamy!

Nena, If you are papering real walls I think you need to buy special wallpaper paste. It has more adhesive than the flour and water, and it's no fun when the paper curls off the wall. But if you are just doing wallpaper on your computer screen, the flour and water will do the trick.

If Paulina brings the 7 and 7 I'll come help hang. Diane should come too, and if she's wearing the tiara she doesn't have to do any work.

Hey, Judy, you out there somewhere? We're havin' a party!
