Thank you Dennis. A few years ago I saw a bumper sticker that said, "Speak your truth even while your voice quakes" somehow it really struck a chord.
Not long after, I had the opportunity, in a room full of partisans, to face down my congressman for his efforts with 50 other Republicans to abolish
the separation of church and state. I was hissed and boo-ed, and dinegrated by the mayor, but I had done what was right and I walked out standing
taller. I need to remember how good it feels to have a voice and to be completely accountable for what that voice says.
