Those poor fellows were Federales assigned to Mexico City, on loan to North Baja for the NarcoTerrorist fight. Nice guys. I've never had a problem
with the federal guys anywhere in Mexico.

Excuse #2: Despite the many tutorials posted here on BN, I've resigned myself to the fact that posting pics on BN shall forever remain one of the
great mysteries of the universe!
Excuse #3: Posting identifiable mugshots 'errrrr....pics of myself would violate at least one of my personal codes of ethics, not to
mention it might be matched up to posters by some authorities somewhere.
