Now that this thread is quiet, and Al G is on a beer run, I wanted to hijack this thread to ask if you guys think this would be a fun daily driver for me:

I'm thinking yes.

Boy Al G, that was quick. You're like a 4 minute man or something like that. Did you stock up? This thread could keep a person up all night.

Thank you Toneart, I'm putting it on the top of my Santa wish list. I've been pretty good this year, so I maybe I'll get what I wish for....One never knows.

Al G, it's all racer tough guy lingo. I don't really know what it all means either, but Dern is all over it. I'm thinking of names for her. She's kind of like a speedy marshmallow, or White lightning maybe? Not as fast as a Porche, but she'd have some get up and go to her.
If Santa is good to me I'll offer up co dog rides, but no tevas allowed. AND no black socks either.

I'd take care buying online, though. It's advertised as having a beard, and I don't see one. :dudette:

I really like the Thing, but I bet the turbo add a whole lot to the price without much practical benefit. $55,000 is a pretty penny. I'd be afraid of parking it in front of the fish market in Ensenada. I would be afraid that somebody would hijack it.

I was looking forward to getting a lump of coal for Christmas this year; but, due to environmental regulations I am now unable to burn it.
