great info - but yeah, JR is right

enterprizing people are doing their thing already!! getting in on the FREEDOMS inherent in FREE ENTERPRISE!!!

With just a very little effort i have been able to in short order source midwest and east coast recreational investors willing to jump in on and syndicate an active development for the purpose of buying up in one fell swoop the entire remaining lot inventory. Of course as a partner i can't tell where but am jazzed about the possibilities!:bounce::lol:

Mike it is going to happen anyway I think if anyone faults you fore getting in on the gold rush it is out of envy. at this point it is the dumb ones that set back and shout at the investors and developers for trying to make a buck. If you don't do it some one else will.

what can i say.....?????!!!!!

one takes risks, free to choose what's best.....some pay out, some don't - freedom means take the chances you want!! And work as hard as you want!! nuthins free my brothers! no free lunches except at the Liberal Lunch Rooms!
either you're an entrepreneur or you can work for people.....i pitty the people who don't even have a choice in socialisitc tax you to death countries or the worst....communism!!
long live capitalism and free enterprise! some will resent that, too bad - it's a WORLD economy out there folks - and you're free to get on the fast train or sit back and watch it happen, maybe miss out - but that's fine too...i love creating jobs and opportunities for people. I have been blessed! and i pass it along as much as i can.

La Ventana makes Los Barriles look like a sauna in Jan and Feb.

Bruce:

What I was trying to say is that there are no more "Handshake Dea;s" that to get invo, ved in large Real Estate Deals you sometimes have to use power, Money, Cheating to get to that Rich position in Life, like many Realtors and builders in this old USA who Cheat on theamount of Cement in a Yard of Concrete Delivered, or tell you it is 2x6 construction and you find it is 2x4.
More or less "Let the buyer Beware.".

Same as food and other things, where yu see a sign with a big size Buritto, buy it, then find that there is only Meat on the very end, with potatoes in the Middle.

I know, that is competition, but in a way its still "Cheating"

I am noticing more and more in all aspects of Life.

Capt. Mike , I hope you finally get the amount of Money that you Desire! Don't Kill your self or ruin your mind and body getting there.

hahahah! Skeet you crack me up my friend

everything i think/know/feel about money you can find just by listening to Pink Floyd's Dark Side!

i am still working on my 1st Billion! saw Richard Branson on FOX and friends this morning - he is one happy guy i'll tell you! and has it together big time, started his biz at 15 and freely admits he knew nothing about biz except how to LISTEN and work HARD!

I'll be storing up my real treasures in Heaven though. As for now - "being" here on earth is the 2nd most fun you can have.

And JR!! yes....welcome into the light.....go forth and make bamboo, i'll hope to buy a caca pot full of it! homes need furniture, i hope to start the new wave of tropical trend in interior and patio design!

Just a little late

on the new trend idea Amigo as Los Barriles and San Bartolo are already using it. Pure Mexican is already carrying my stuff and when I get back down there, it will be in two mueblerias in Los Cabos.
I figure in about 2000 years, I will have caught up to those who have been basing their lives on bamboo furniture and homes.
