an error, it takes a big person to apologize, especially in a forum such as this. Yankee ,I like you, I don't always agree with you but I see you are
a person of fine character. Bruce, I don't agree these things should be left on the board, but in this case it was a great teaching lesson. Gentlemen

Just a little advise from the sidelines if you are receptive to constructive critism and can interpret my opinion as such.
In my opinion you are definitely fighting(sic) with the wrong person.
Your entire message has been compromised, right or wrong by your childish retort.
It would be advantageous for you to take more time to respond and clarify yourself and your conduct your overtones in a mature manner.
If you continue posting this way(which I find particularily offensive) about issues using adjectives and nouns that are personally derogatory I will
avoid entering the debate.
Your willingness to critisize others personally does not behoove you. You have given this forum a contribution in your interest in Baja and the others
who post here. You should continue to do so.
You need to paint your threads in color and not black and white. You are trying to define the people behind the posts with your honorable intentions.
Fortunately or unfortunately they listen or heed the warning. But when you paint the explanation so black and white, which you commonly do, it looses
it's beauty. And you will be told, in so many words.
You made yourself a promise and others too that you would not let others beget your exposed nerve.
Think back amigo.
I can't be testimony for what was said but I am sure a smart tactical maneuver on your part may have defused the situation. Sometimes dear friend,
patience and wise posting can defray and reverse a perceived or a subjective threat. Peoples safety is paramount but it's very wise to evaluate the
threat and who's posting it.
I am not pretending to support or not support any bona-fide Nomad and feel that you, and a number of others herein are quite set on curtailing any
veiled threats that are determined by who?
How?
While our speech is obviously screened and altered to omit profanity, the volumes of regular dialog would be risk. Moderators have to weigh the free
speech angle with the more provocative language.
It appears the "big brother" who you indict constantly is over a barrel.
How do you approach and moderate highly subjective conversation. Moderators certainly admonish criminal behavior and to imply otherwise would be a
disservice to the entire site and its sponsers.
How I feel about "real" physical threats? Very concerned.

.....I made one major misstate in my responses to Bruce. That was a misreading on his opinion about the legal insert of the law concerning the Net. (I
swear he went back and edited that post) Kidding!
I stand to say?. The other inserts of remarks were more in line of flaming, done by Bruce. It looked like trolling, smelled like trolling. This is
why I lashed out towards him. Perhaps my style of writing responses and/or posting is harsh, black and white?but I write with directs?. not the ol?
office politics. My style can be incorrect at times, yes?as it is with Bruce, and many others?s here (you too). The reason why the vast numbers of us
are still here after many battles?we never make lively threats with intent to harm.
As you read and ?saw??.I ended the fight with an apologized post to Bruce, on the subject of the Law. He accepted. This thread should have ended
there, but some folks decide to play in their two cents well after the follies have ended. No personality evaluation was needed at this point by you.
No harm was done?but the public got an education on some law facts, and HOW TO END A ON GOING FIGHT! We took this fight short of a day?not days. It
was a good, mudslinging arena. Short and sweet. Non-continued to the future posting. Let?s compare that to others here that goes on for months!

bypassed any and all types of positive remarks about me in your post (which I have surely earned), so I?ll have to take your post as being an lack of
properly prepared evaluation. One sided. Your style of writing needs a letter (as the one you did to me) from yourself. Your entire message has been
