Repair bill for truck was $800+ change! Replace plastic grill, and light components one drivers side. No body work. Amazing, the grill is nothing more
than a re-shaped laundry hamper-type piece of molded plastic. No wonder vehicles cost so much.

I saw one in the parking lot, and with those stock tires, there is no way it could complete most desert trails in Baja.
The adds all say that because it has some advanced traction-control system, it is able to transfer all of the traction to the tires, and no need for
aggressive tires.
Newsflash! With the limited amounts of suspension articulation, I doubt its prowess in canyons in Baja - like Basketball Hill.
Compare that flex to the flex on my Jeep...
Can you say, "A Whopping Difference"!?!
And, for those who insist that BFG makes a trouble-free All-Terrain as pictured on some of the FJ Cruiser ads...Here is what it looks like to change a
BFG Mud-Terrain tire on the dirt with as much suspension as found on a Jeep...

Toyota broke the mold on this one..
My old Baja ride...one of a kind!! close to 25k off road miles!
4 sets of bfg's..3 sets of ranchos...original 22r, still purring when I sold it!!
Not sure if i miss the Dog or the truck more..definately the dog!
good news, the 4 wheel pop top lives on!!

I used to think
that the Element and the Scion were ugly, but they have kinda grown on me.
This thing is not bad looking at all.....kinda looks like a 4WD Element.

Starting to see a few of these now
I like the blue ones and the yellow ones.
The black ones with the white roof are REALLY ugly, IMO.
Neat little rigs......especially for under 30k. Would be great if you could get a BIG sunroof over the front seats; a real factory one, not an
aftermarket one.
