So Capt. Mike, the cactus is Nopales and very delicious in salads, or chopped and fried with onions, tomatoes and scrambled eggs and also it is used as a drink in the blender.
To Skipjack, the weather here in June and July is lovely, not hot but nice and warm and less windy than this month. However, the water doesn't warm up until August so ya need a wetsuit to snorkel and spearfish but kayaking is nice. We have a nice flat spot we made above and behind our our home where people park their campers and can hook up to our power and use the outhouse and shower etc. You will love it and won't want to leave...friends who came for a couple days have stayed months! Only thing is we are going to visit my family near toronto the first 2 weeks of July but would you like to house sit???

I am open for dates - depending on Audrey's flight schedule - but she plans on calling in sick anyway... hahaha. Let me know your timeframe and we can work on it. Would love to see the area and visit with you guys again!
