thanks fdt. It's interesting watching democracy trying to take hold in Mexico. I hope the PAN does well both in the elections and in office after. Although I have to admit I'm pro legalized gambling and ole Hank is certainly that way. Look what it did for the American Indians and Atlantic City!

We don't have a governor suplente, we already went thru the death of Gov. Hector Teran Teran and congress(state) appointed an interim gov. Alejandro Gonzalez Alcocer.
We have suplentes or substitutes for mayor, oficial mayor, sindico, regidores and congressman.
Say right now in your municipality if Ensenada mayor Cesar Mancillas was to step down or leave office for some reason, his suplente is Hector Manuel Ramos Covarrubias.
