have a weekly service on yours. Which is expensive to pay for.
i fought euc leaves for 10 years on my 1st pool and it cost me one premature re-plaster job. That's about 3 to 6 grand depending on size.
my second pool is surrounded by the proper plants, all beautifully planned to NOT ruin my pool's finish or create a maintenance nightmare to keep up
with cleaning daily.
And i do not employ a weekly service like some of my carefree neighbors can afford to do.
bogies are some of the worst offenders - too bad they look so nice, but really not for pool areas.

I'm with Mike. Try to keep any " shedding " type of plant or tree as far away from the pool as possible. Bougies are very bad. In Sacramento we had a
Japanese cherry tree which blossoms were a constant fight. Bloomed pretty much all summer. It belonged to who couldn't be persuaded to replace it with
another type of tree at our expense. Needless to say, we werent into the " good " neighbor pool.![:P](./images/smilies/tongue.gif) ![:P](./images/smilies/tongue.gif)

I know I'm in the minority here but I like Red. Noche Buena(I think), Sol, XX, Red & Red lite.
Probably most have a preference for Blue though. And with the deposits you margin will be better. BUT, BUD? NOT!

Bob & Susan. (also names of my brother in law & sister in law) Looks great. Glad that the beer isn't going to just be Corona. I also vote for
Mikes suggestion on the Boug's. We had three of the plants in Nopolo & what a mess. But what a visual delight!!!!!!
Do you have signs up on the highway yet. Danged if we've been able to located that "road" that leads to your place. Looked again last July when we
were down there. Maybe it's "can't see the trees for the forest" theory working here.

Your place looks great. I love the lighthouse and to pool looks very inviting.
I agree with Dennis and and recommend Pacifco beer. I have a Mexican friend that was starting a restaurant on the mainland coast. I told him to get
Pacifico instead of Corona... He sold out in 2 days. People were coming from all over town to his place to have a beer since you all you could get
was Corona or Sol everywhere else.
He thought I was a genius; but, it was really just all my years of "research" that led me to discover the perfect beer.

In the past I've camped many times at Santispac and the former Ecomundo, so know your area. Camping in the dirt is becoming less appealing to me as I
age gracefully. I usually pull my Cabo 216 down to fish the plentiful fishing spots outside the Bay. Do you allow boats? Have a launch area? Can
you moor there or are the winds too severe at times?
Congratulations on your new establishment in one of the most beautiful spots on this planet.

Bob and Susan. From where I come from 90 degrees is getting a little on the warm side. Bob, beware! Susan might put a lump or two on your noggin.

We had a birthday party last year in San Lucas Cove and brought two kegs of Corona and it was absolutely wonderful. Even the die hard Tecate drinkers
from the village imbibed very well. There is something wonderful about keg beer. Tecate does not, at this time, have kegs.

96 bottles? That may last to Monday. Free beer always attracts a crowd. Let us know how the party went and how long the suds lasted.

Bob and Susan...
...do you allow pets...We'd like to bring our small flock of Canadian Honkers with us for a visit - they'll really like that nice, new fresh water
'lake' to splash and cavort in!
You do have a big filter and lots of Chlorine, don't you? If we stay for a couple of weeks, you'd have enough feathers floating around to make a nice
pillow!![](./images/smilies/spin.gif)
