Unfortunately, this information is not correct. The police couldn't catch anybody if they walked in with a signed confession. Very little is being done to stop these men and, since they were successful, they could very well be planning another. We think that they may be from the Constitucion area. One of the names might be Marcos Hireles. He drives a small older white hatchback, licence 284 PMJ 5. If you see this vehicle, please contact robin@vistabaja.com and we will pass the information along, or call Miriam at 612 159 0684. Please don't approach the guy as he has a gun and he is really off the wall.
