6.40 in Nopolo. Steady rain, screwing up my TV reception.

I think my photographic memory ran out of film

Juan heard on the radio that the highway around Constitucion & LOreto are washed out. Clear but windy here on the midwest coast.

Todos Santos 20:00 hrs Wednesday

Lowell's edge tickling Todos Santos on its way northeast. Intermittent rain and gusts of wind all day, now intensifying as it approaches landfall. Sky was dark before sunset and all is ready for a good bath.

Lowell in Loreto

Here is a photo of the malecon in Loreto taken at 7:15 p.m., about 45 minutes ago. There have been light showers throughout the day in Loreto, total accumulation less than half and inch, and no wind to speak of.

And looking up the arroyo south of el centro near the Sunday market. Just a trickle of water running in the arroyo.

A beautiful sunset in Mulege. I think/hope its going to give us a miss.

Have a friend in Santa Rosalia who had to drive to La Paz this afternoon. Urged him not to go; he couldn't believe that 12 miles south it was raining with gully-washers. Wished him well on his unadvisable journey.

Be well tonight and tomorrow, Everyone!

It looks like intermittent heavy rain will fall from Santa Rosalia south to Cabo tonight.

Hoping all is well in Mulege and elsewhere.

A Patch of Blue

Todos Santos 0740

Looks like we've seen the last of it ...

And I see patches of blue in the sky ...

Looks like it will be a beautiful day :bounce:

Got Bug Spray? I think we'll need it. Sunny now and at 8am there are plenty of swarms of the nasty bitters. I was going to check on the neighbors homes but got chased back inside.

Mulege ok

Lowell gave it a miss in these parts... whew!!

That storm had quite a south-eastward twist to it.

How did Cabo Pulmo/East Cape fare?
Can we get an eye-witness report or even second-hand?

Thanks, Everyone.
