Pompano....

Sweet!!

Chazz is waiting by the front gate, and he has a king size sleeping pad, so no worries. Cheyenne is welcome anytime, we just really like hussies down here.

And, yes, this thread has gone to the dogs!!

We had a wonderful christmas with tiomiguel et al...timo, barbareno, zoe, gaffman and painterlady, redmesas, manolo y minnie, and juan's family...turkey, lobster, paralysers y mucho tequila para bailar.
My favorite gifts were some groovy Bole sunglasses and my mama sent us all these really cool caps with tiny LED's embedded in the bill that work as a flashlight for stumbling home after all the holiday parties...excellent baja regalo....and lovely company not to mention the dancing and singsong.

Lord, nice Nelson!

baitcast, your new Nelson's a great looking dachshund. Short-hair, looks like. Is he a standard, miniature, or kaninchen?

We had 2 dachshunds in our menagerie when I was a kid..those characters were fearless and merrily chased our larger dogs and even bulls...barking like they were wolfhounds. Good watchdogs, though...I imagine the coyotes hated them.

Get used to him digging holes in your garden and yard...
and maybe you will eventually race him in the Weiner Nationals!

Nice Xmas gift!

Somehow the covered wagon seems out of place for that time frame, and it looks like cows are hitched to the front of the wagon. I've heard of teams of oxen, but never cows; they're supposed to be hitched to the back of the wagon churning butter!

The really strange thing was when we opened the sealed box, it was a hot air balloon puzzle instead.

Who would need instructions for a puzzle in any language?

Instructions; Take a piece of the puzzle and try to get it to fit one or more of the other similar but different pieces. If it doesn't fit anywhere within two minutes throw the piece back in the box and put the box back in the cabinet. Puzzle completed!
