The street meaning of the term is there is "no problem". You won't hear many folks in high society using the term but you will hear it used from time to time around construction sites when the albaņil just realized that your door is a bit crooked. He will measure it, double check the error with his level and say...

"No hay pedo". And then he will just move onto to the next door...

I like that one when you are in a rush, because that can mean right now or 5 hours from now. Especially the Mechanic that says that as your car sits all alone for hours on end and every time you get that look on your face they say...
