Boy this was another hotty for Feb.
The warmest Feb on record for some time now.
I don't need the snow flurries forcasted on Vancouver Island, but this isn't easy to take for a Canuck either

The grass is always greener....
and so, there is always a better spot in Baja

Kate,
Just yoshing you. Substituted La Paz for Constitution.
But like you state, still doesn't make much sense. 99 degrees now, with a predicted high of 87.
And Constitution not likely hotter then Loreto or La Paz.
But, nevertheless, it's like summer here.
Will be in La Paz tomorrow, so please cool it down a bit.

We have had maybe 2.5 weeks of winter here since mid-December. It seems like April all winter and I'm in a ski resort. Very little snow and most days are in the balmy mid 40's. Most of the south facing slopes have been down to dirt for well over a month now.

summer, what's that!?

Wow!!! I'm jealous!

I just went outside and there's snow on the ground here in Portland, Oregon! It's coming down fast and sticking! I was out there less than 2 hours ago and there was none. It's pretty but I want winter to go away. This is Portland's snowiest winter ever recorded.

We woke up to snow blowing sideways and had to go to work.............outside! Technically it was inside... I mean there were walls and a roof but no doors/windows and a howling wind blowing.

'Gypsy has the temp record for the day, but are ya working inside or out? We had 20F inside the house we are working on.

and each day working in freezingbutt temps puts a few more coins in the coffers so one day we may choose to work or play.......
