Well, maybe Ken can call these people letting them know that he deserves the credit.
And the web site says "Derechos reservados"(All rights reserved) and has the © .

Boy, that is a relief. All the pictures including Ken's are now protected, just not by him and possibly the other photographers.

By ourselves. Fine.
By others, unacceptible.
Why would you ever accept anothers guidelines for your behaviour? Can't you figure that out for yourself?

I know---I was being sarcastic about the copyright---guess it didn't read that way.

And your second post where you quote me I don't understand, and not sure you understood what I meant---oh, well, that happens.

How can you manufacture so much confusion from what I said?
I was clear. Everything that goes through your mind is yours to deal with. Your decisions are yours. No outside influence.

To follow up on this, now that I am back home I checked the last several years of photo use requests and don't find anything from any entity or person that seems to represent this "Hecho en Baja" organization. I registered on their website and then sent this message:

"You have used my image of the blue whale tail several times on your website without a photo credit and apparently without permission. If I am wrong about this, please tell me when and how I granted you permission to use the photo. If you cannot do this, please remove the image immediately. ++Ken Bondy++"

I will let you know if I hear anything from them. Once again, Ferna, gracias por su ayuda. ++Ken++
