The more things change....


Pedrito is a surf ghetto -- Meth isn't more rampant there then it is in, say, San Diego or OC. Drugs are easily available, in my opinion, everywhere in Baja. 6-7 years ago, Cerritos had drug busts and was considered unsafe. Recently, violence perpetrated on a tourist by a ''gang'' of Mexican locals at Cerritos.

This year, in Pescadero, a crack house mysteriously burned down.

Just the way it is. Don't bother me.

It's plenty safe, just don't forget your blinders when you drive past the bodies hanging from the bridges in TJ.
