at this point, if there is no video corroboration, then law enforcement story is not to be believed.

only fools believe the stories told by law enforcement. so many times we have found that law enforcement stories rarely match the undercover video when under cover video is found to exist.

the guy is still alive. asuming the border patrol does not assinate him while he recouperates in hospital, the real story may yet be told.

I think if someone is willing to run the checkpoint then all bets are off....shoot to kill. I don't feel sorry for the punk-butt.

Having folks out there that think and comment like Mt. Goat, it's no wonder that a few LE officers get a little testy---------this must be racism-----that's it, Goat is a racist!-------what else could it possibly be?? :lol:

LEO's kinda hate it when you try to run down their fellow officer.
:light:Um I think I would have correct documentation and not try to cross the border in a stolen truck... Just saying....

A few years ago a couple I know were arguing in line. They were cleared at the gate and then drove into secondary where she jumped out of the car. That got some attention!

Being a very tough city to practice the profession of Law Enforcement due partly to bad attitudes on the part of many of it's citizens. :yes:

What Dennis said! :smug:

Agreed--:yes::yes::yes:

And it is difficult to understand why at this point anyone would make a judgment as to if the officers were justified in how they handled the situation or not----that is what an investigation is for, is it not???

Maybe they did exactly what they needed to do and were justified, and maybe not----too many unknowns right now.

True, but it is fun to speculate, and we NOMAD's have always been great at "educated" (or uneducated) speculation. :lol:

I think it shows a definite need to participate even when we know absolutly nothing of the subject. :lol:

The topic of this thread is a sad example of rampant and pervasive nomad speculation. There was no death. What was that idiot woooosh trying to... hey, wait a minute. ;);)
