Wow! It is actually snowing in Redding? Have you ever seen that before? My house above Nevada City must really be buried. :o

I think 4 times I have seen snow in Redding in the past 26 years-----once we got about 18 inches--------nothing moved for a day or two. I am stoking the fire, and lots of wood. My crazy wife is "out there" somewhere doing "her thing"----nothing stops HER.

Now 35 degrees.

:tumble:

It's 30 degrees here is WA with a forecast for coming snow, but I'm leaving for Baja in the morning so I'm not going to worry about it! :bounce:

Whenever I hear that rainy, chill wind blow. I think it may be time to head for Mexico. Tengo que obedecer mi corazon!

We have had almost 5 feet of snow the last week at the Nevada side of South Tahoe. And we don't get nearly as much as they do on the west side. About a foot & a half this morning. More on the way. The lake may fill up this year!

Very gloomy out there. Intermittant chipi-chipi, but the real stuff is on the way.
Hope it doesn't circle around and hit us from the south. That always brings bad-ass wind.

That's it! I'm coming home! :O I am currently spending some time up in Shingle Springs, Ca., just outside Sacramento. It has been colder than a brass monkeys huevos since I arrived last Sunday. Well, I woke up at 5 this morning, started the coffee, went out to the garage for a smoke and the first cup, opened the door, and it is snowing out there!!! 1500ft elevation, 31 degrees, the wind finally died. Heading back to Baja tomorrow morning at zero dark thirty!!!
