I was at the Pacifico brewery in Mazatlan last August. Unfortunately, there is no beergarden. You can get a free guided tour of the facility though.
You just need to show up a day or two before for an appointment. When the tour ends they take you to their little museum/bar at the top of the
factory and they give you a few beers for free. It is an awesome view of the downtown area and the harbor.
