Just research "Green Laser aircraft" on the web.

Over 1/4 mile range......close up intimidation factor, and applied to the face/eyes causes immediate temporary (prolonged application may produce permanent) blinding.

Not a toy, but a serious weapon. Will take someone out of the fight.

Glad I'm able to own a real gun in the good old USA, a Ruger .44 caliber 10 1/2" barrel single action revolver. BB-guns?:D

Now....I'm sure that would be a problem in Mexico. If not, I would have one in a minute.

why don't you learn how to use a knife?
slash horizontal across forehead, the victim will be blinded by blood in eye, and you won't do much damage (avoid murder rap).
but even before slashing, if you brandish quickly, he will keep eyes on knife, allowing you to kick him in balls.

I have a Beeman pump air rifle that is single shot and 1000 fps but I'm afraid that would be lethal. A simi auto pistol that would sting or harm but not kill is what I was looking for, the best part is that 480 fps you can see the bb's for a tracer like effect, after 3 shots your right on the target.

I would think that if you point something that looks like a real weapon at somebody and pull the trigger, it better do something more than sting.

You had better be ready to take them out of the fight, not p*ss them off

dont think, react. at night a realistic bb gun in the face of a tweeker looks like a realistic gun. put 5-8 in his face for effect. then a well placed Beckham to the nards and let your wife finish him off while he squirms on the ground-while you stand ready with the tool, AHEM, machete!

or just give up....
