When we get there for this presentation, where do we get our tickets? Are we all on some type of list? So, I will have two reservations under Bob H?

How does it work?

37 RSVPs in the thread; and 16 more via email and telephone; for a total thus far of:

53

Have suggested they stock up on Pacifico and limes at Zack's.

For details please see the beginning of this thread.

In regards to Bob H's question: There will be a check-in at the door by your username. If someone's meeting you there, make sure they know what your username is.

;D

Again, requested donation is $5 per person at the door to help cover the facility fee.

As Bob H posted, is there any way to get an email confirmation as
to make sure one's name, Bajanomad name or other
is actually on the list at the door? As I have a bit of
a drive
thanks for your time

Here is what Doug posted... adding your name to this thread is all that is requested. This is a list the entire world wide web can see, afterall!

=====================================================

Please RSVP in this thread so that I know how many people to plan for.

This will take place...

When: 6p-9p, Saturday, May 21st, 2011.

Where:

Best Western Seven Seas
411 Hotel Circle South
San Diego, CA 92108

In the Lord Jim room. Enter through the Cafe and head straight back - past Zack's Bar. No outside food or drink (sorry). There'll be a water station (and Zack might have some drink specials).

Requested donation: $5/each (to cover the room fees from the hotel)

Poco Cielo at k58 has a large bar and lounge that seats over 80 people. It would be a perfect venue for such a forum and get together. Would Mike be interested in doing something down here in Baja Norte.

Sure, I would be interested. Maybe in October as I will be heading down to Loreto at that time. Have to work at the Padres til then ( doesn't look like theres going to be a post season for them ). My email is mikeyounghusband@gmail.com so give me a hollar and lets see if we can put something together.

Asta,
