The storm is here, can't see Los Barriles from our porch. Plenty of rain, thunder, lightning. It's blowing out of the SE. We can use the rain.

FINALLY :o We got a little rain. It only lasted about 10 minutes but it was real water coming down without sand. I don't see anything very dark out there now but maybe we'll get a little more. 85º ~ 89% and wind SE at 25mph

Hooray! It looks like a direct hit on the Southern Baja.:o East to west, I'm hoping for rain on the west coast, too. Hell, let's spread this all around. Any wind damage like last week in Mulege area? Yep! If a hurricane happens it is always around Sept. 1st. If it doesn't this would be the 2nd year we have been spared. I have flood insurance! That insures that it definitely won't occur this year.

I didn't have it two years ago for Jimena and the cleanup was out of pocket. :( There is a great local family who goes in and cleans up. They have my keys and are completely trustworthy. They don't even need my permission to start. They know I am good for it. They also take care of watering the landscaping when I am not there. Anyway, it looks like we are in a different weather pattern, hopefully for a few years. :coolup:
