The storm is here, can't see Los Barriles from our porch. Plenty of rain, thunder, lightning. It's blowing out of the SE. We can use the rain.

FINALLY We got a little rain. It only lasted about 10 minutes but it was real
water coming down without sand. I don't see anything very dark out there now but maybe we'll get a little more. 85º ~ 89% and wind SE at 25mph

Hooray! It looks like a direct hit on the Southern Baja. East to west, I'm
hoping for rain on the west coast, too. Hell, let's spread this all around. Any wind damage like last week in Mulege area? Thanks everyone down
there for the news! Thanks eebmike.com September is but a week away--highest probability, no?! Arriba. Tio

Yep! If a hurricane happens it is always around Sept. 1st. If it doesn't this would be the 2nd year we have been spared. I have flood insurance! That
insures that it definitely won't occur this year.

I didn't have it two years ago for Jimena and the cleanup was out of pocket.
There is a great local family who goes in and cleans up. They have my keys and are completely trustworthy. They don't even need my permission to
start. They know I am good for it. They also take care of watering the landscaping when I am not there. Anyway, it looks like we are in a different
weather pattern, hopefully for a few years.
