How did they make the trim moulding above and below the parapet tile? Did they attach the actual foam "moldura" and plaster or paint it?

Or use the foam moulduras as a form for the concrete and then poured the mouldings? I'd love to know how they set up the forms to get this double layer effect if they poured the trim this way.

I am sure the moldura was attached to block wall and painted.

One of the things that Ed is thinking of doing is helping people get set up to go Kayak fishing which is so cool in that area. He has figured out where the really good spots are and they are going to be a great resource for visiting kayak fishermen.

yes. easier to nail on foam and plaster it, then paint.

Kind of west of town...

Ed kayak fishes ??? Didn't know that, one thing is true tho.. The detail is awsome, and the view is one of the best in town.. Very well thought out!
