I agree with the theory that perhaps they were NOT cops at all.

Also, I am very glad you shared the story - one must be aware of what is going on around us.

Terrible news! I have been reading posts during my 6 month membership to Nomads and the news I read about mexico are disheartening, I am hoping things start to get better not worse I am planning on retiring in Baja in a few years but everywhere in mexico is getting more dangerous. Stay Safe!:fire:

They robbed him for one thing.
Also, it was said he was an anti-police corruption advocate. That could have caused a repercussion.

That they didn't completely kill him tells me it was the police.
