Best ceviche ever is from the Pemex on the Transpen at Mulegé.

Guy is a chef and has a car with cool box and he makes fresh every day - fantastic!!

My new favorite is a place on the water in San Bruno. I call it a c-cktail but I think they call it Campechana. Served in half a styrofoam container without any sauce. You make your own with a ton of stuff on the table. The only thing that is kinda cooked is the octopus and that is only cooked for 3 1/2 minutes. Enough to take the skin off and make it tender. It has be come a ride destination for many quad riders here in Punta Chivato.
