This is off-topic but my brother ate at a Vietnamese restaurant in LA and paid by credit card. 72 hrs later he got a call from a merchant in Brooklyn, NY to verify that he had ordered (4) iPhones and was having them shipped to Orange Cty. He said no, naively assumed that it was a mistake and then a couple of hours later the Westminster, Calif. police dept. calls because they just caught a group of Vietnamese men accepting a UPS deliver for goods purchased with stolen credit cards and saw his name on a billing address. He put two-n-two together and the cops arrested a JOB (Just Off Boat) Vietnamese woman from the restaurant who was stealing credit card info. I wish they'd cut these people's hands off like they used to do and watch them try to steal anything then.
