Drive safely!
According to the promoter people from Baja Sur will not be allowed to buy a vertual ECO-lot. She said they are barbarians.:lol::lol::lol:

Oh, I thought you were talkin' bout those "vertical eco-lotes" in Pta. Colonet

Mulege Restaurant Back on the market

Mulege Restaurant,
Bar, Coffee, and Ice Cream Shop
For Sale or Lease

Excellent Central Location!!!
This is the Best Location in Mulege.

Restaurant For Sale or Lease

This business has room for a sidewalk caf? and seating for 50 people.
It's set in a beautiful garden setting in the center of Mulege.

The restaurant has a modern bar and kitchen with excellent restroom facilities.

There is an area for a full soda fountain and espresso bar.

The equipment for this can be purchased either with or with out all the Restaurant. and Bakery Equipment

The asking price is $150,000 Dollars.

This price includes the business and the 2-bedroom house with large secure storage building, walk-in Freezer, walk-in cooler, and much more. Edith and I have been in Mulege about 15 years and love it vary much , the reason we are trying to sell out and move is only because I got married a few years ago and now have 2 small children that are getting ready to go to school. The only thing wrong with about Mulege is the schools are not vary good here because the town is vary small... Mulege is primed and ready for a good restaurant most of the restaurants her have really gone down hill in the past 5 years. . We closed our restaurant right after 9/11 when tourism went way down here, but since has returned. The year before we closed my wife and I netted moor than 100,000 dollars with the restaurant. That is a pretty good income for down here. It has by far the best equipped Kitchen in the county and the best Location in Mulege .It also has a 2 bedroom air-conditioned house where we live that could be converted to indoor seating for the restaurant..

This property has clear title

The buyer will pay all closing costs and taxes if any.

Clear Title - Business and Home
