Yep, it was me... I named it the very day BajaMur and I both fell from our motos as we climbed back up it, in May, 1999. Both of us were cut on the rocks and left our blood there. I coined the term when, after several minutes Mur followed me up the grade and was also thrown off his bike! We were both married men, so widow maker seemed very appropriate, specially if we had been killed there!
