In favor

Debra, I read and reread your post. I enjoyed your story very much.

Yes, certainly I am in favor of helping when the opportunity arises. I applaud Mike's efforts at giving the pup a few more days of life with a full belly. For sure given the circumstances, I would debate but in fin embrace it as a wonderful opportunity and certainly do the same thing.

My examples were only that, EXAMPLES of FREE WILL in the agrument of other paths Mike could have taken, not saying in the least that I oppose his decison. We are given opportunities to act and sometimes we take them and sometimes we don't. Than, sometimes fate teases us with what appears to be opportunites to act, but we really can't, i.e. Bondy?s excellent story of his experinse with the seal pup and the orca, or from a post a while back; Mike's experinse with the kid selling the roses that he really couldn't stop and buy from or he might have caused an accident.

As Mike said to discuss free will as opposed to destiny is a big "I donno if we should go there issue", but the subject matter was (is) irresitable to me, (yup, just to tasty not to bite on that one), as I have to believe we do make choices and that is really my only point my last post, I am not in a position to say if we make the right or wrong choices, only that we do define our destiny daily, every step of the way is created by what we did small or large. Opps, there I goooooooooooo again.
