GDMTH requires minimum 100KW draw, you can't draw 100 if transformer is smaller than 100. They determine KW by dividing your monthly consumption into
months, days and hours.
CFE have price-list for aerial transformers, they don't even list anything over 75KVA there, must be too heavy to hang on the pole. Those mounted on
the foundation can be bigger, but they shouldn't have installed anything even close to 100KVA on residential property without your consent. 5-10KVA is
enough for most casas.
The consumer determines how much he needs when ordering CFE, and requests >100KVA or <100KVA service, accordingly. When your demand is below
100KW for 12 consecutive months, you may request to downgrade GDMTH to regular tariff even if your transformer is >100KVA.

I'm installing a 150Kva on my property and according to CFE, my rate will be .67p per KWH across the board. Hope that actually come to pass.

Alm, where could i petition to downgrade the
Gdmth? You are clearly knowledgeable on this stuff. Engineer?

Pacificobob, this is what I saw on CFE website - you may request to downgrade after 12 months of low draw. I don't know the procedure, sorry.
