Good one! Enjoy the journey as much as the destination! :light:

Great pics! Love the Bronco.

Notice how in all the books with Baja in the title he doesn't refer to it as "The" Baja!:)

Been watching old Perry Mason episodes on CBS All Access and YouTube TV. I like seeing what SoCal was like back in the day.

Just watched an episode from season 5. They take a boat down from San Diego to the kelp beds near Ensenada. They hide gold there.

I've been in those kelp beds many times. It was pretty interesting to see it from the 60's.

So Cal Nostalgia

So Cal (greater L.A. - Long Beach area)...............

My Gun is Quick ! (Mike Hammer Mystery). Mediocre movie. Lesser known cast, although Robert Bray was well-known at the time from Lassie, BUT the So Cal (1957) backgrounds will bring back a LOT of memories to L.A. area natives. I bought the DVD just to view those backgrounds.

Speaking of memories, there's that FJ55 Land Cruiser Wagon ! Good choice.

I bought a well-used 4-year old 1976 FJ55 and drove it all over Baja for 10 years (to 1990) on Mexican Regular gas. Never missed a beat. Great vehicle.
