I guess that storm dumped all its rain on us here in Asuncion! Arroyos were running, houses flooded...lots of wet mattresses!

Report from the in-laws in Puertecitos is maybe 1 inch but it was rather spread out so no damage to report.

Still no rain, not one drop, here in La Bocana BCS.

I am sorry for all the floods and flooded mattresses.

Don Jorge, what a beautiful garden!

Be careful what you root for!

Sure would be good to get a few storms come ashore here to replenish the snow pack and water sources. It is just so hard to root against beautiful weather!

It froze here yesterday in Grass Valley CA, then snowed down to 1500 feet elevation (I live at 2400). The temperature is supposed to head down to the low 20s tonight, then a strong system is due to push a series of gully washing rain storms through this area for at least the next week!

Oh well...I asked for it, I even washed my car to tempt the storm gods! I hope it is enough to top off my ponds which are usually full by this time of year.

Snow in Malibu? That must have been a mess. When I lived in San Diego a tiny drizzle of rain would mean that I would pass 5 accidents on my 20-minute drive home from work.

Starting to look like there will be a 0% chance of work on Friday with this happening

Wow!

Very windy and chilly in eastern San Diego today, some rain. Today, a north wind, due to center of low pressure over northern Baja.
I predict muddy conditions, with a chance of erosion.
