You know when I read the stuff on the website, I was starting to think that maybe I had misjudged and there was a chance that Senor Munoz was trying
to be a law abiding citizen, had a level head, and was sensible. Now after this posting and some of the others, I see a definite pattern that says my
assessment is faulty. The only thing I can say is thank goodness I do not have to deal with someone of that caliber as a next door neighbor. In 19
pages, there has been no attempt to work or resolve any issue, instead we get immature name calling and innuendo with no attempt to resolve any issue.
The courts will decide whatever they are going to decide but I certainly have my suspicions or at least my feelings with who I hope comes out ahead
on this whole issue.

It would be interesting to see some stats on just how many people have read it and how many are addicted to it and click on it....alot. I know I
relentlessly (sucker for punishment and mitotes) click on it every time I see a new post so in the last 16 pages I myself have clicked on it dozens of
times.

All my employees are at their posts in the hotel but I have a lot of employees that work at my hotel and a lot of them work there for a couple of
weeks and then go so I can not deny or confirm what you ar saying but it is irrelevant in any way to this; if I were involved in something maybe.
This only show how desperate they are to try to find something with what make us forget that they are the crmiminals; they say Ok Im am wrong but you
also are wrong and this is not the case.
Olvia and Mark have acused me of a lot of things formally and none has progresed because in each and every case I have demostrated legally that I am
not wrong or unlawful; at the same time I have accused them formally of violence 9 times and they are sitll being subjected to trial for those crimes;
that mean that they have not been able to demostrate that they are inocent.
I am not just talking, look at the documents I am showing on the webpage, one is the result of the federal investigation where they accused me of
usinf falsified documents, they investigated and found that my title is where it is supposed to be, in the SRA official file and I was exonerated of
that crime.
Of course I am not the only one who have acused Olivia and Mark or her ex Mike George.
James Rusell Hicks a 65 year old American cityzen, was wounded in the restaurant by Mark and Olivia and one of their employees in October 2007; they
hit him over the head with a machete, they tought that he was dead and carried him to the sea and dumped him but at the time he felt the salty sea
water in his wounds, he waked up and yell; several people form the hotel and my employees came and heard Olivia saying Mark Kill him, Kill him but he
was recued by several of my giests and employees; he made a formal complait with the police; they charged Olivia, Mark and her employee with wounds
with intent to kill, but guess what happened. Olivia adn Mark was aprehended but were out in 2 days on bail; to this day, the charges were proved;
they sentenced only the employee and he has never served a day in jail; the investigation came back because they did not prosecuted Olivia and Mark
and it is still pending investigation, that was 3 yeasrs ago.
In 1996 Olivia and her husband Mike Jorge were sentenced for fraud for taking the money of an American couple and never deliver what they promised,
they never paid a penny to them.
In my web page there is a document from the police to the Inmigration authorities showing that Mark Burbey is being prosecuted for robery, robery with
violence, destruction of property and a lot more.
It is impossible for somebody in Mexco to be free on more than 2 bails, wel she has now 10 open criminal investigations and is free on 2 bails, now
she is free on the third one for the turtle.
Everybody told me they smelled something there because it is legally impossible then we found out that the Estate District Attorney was ordering her
cases disapear without a trial, but that is a big fish acting in favor of a small fish, something was wrong, deeply wrong; somebody had to be behid
her and the Ejido certainly is not.
The we found out that 2 of her brothers were killed in drug wars in Mexically and folowed the lead; we found out that she is a relative of El Gordo,
the Mafia chieftan in Mulege, a guy who normally invite the Estate District Attorney to his ranch in Mulege and the connection was made; she was being
protected by the mafia and they were using their district attorney connection to stop all her prosecutions; in fact she can commit any crime she want
and feel safe from prosecution; that is why she act like that and why I have to act like this.

Well Olivia and Mark, I told you and I will do it as soon as I am back at the hotel, it is my property and if you want to go to your restaurant you
will be free to do it on foot.
But don't worry, your other business is there, o I forgot that the Army is raiding you place very often and is unsafe for you now.
Sorry Olivia but I am offering the Marine outpost to give them an office so they have a permanent presence there so your 1 minute clients will not
arrive also; the beach merchants are being checked also by the army because we already know how you distribute the merchandise to the beaches, so don
count on them either.

We are getting on Munoz quite a bit
but he does have evidence and
documentation to support his claims.
He might be telling the truth.
Now Mark
Is this true about Olivias ties to the Mexican Mafia?
Is her family protecting her when she gets in trouble?
Is she really using the area for drug trafficing?
Munoz seems to be very confident about his claims.

Just review the documents I am showing in the www.munoz-industries.com/vaquera.html there you can see the official letter from the police to the Inmigration Office informing them about the
criminal trails Mark Jerome Burbey is subjected to and giving all the official criminal number cases.
What else do you want, just ask for it I will put it there; that is their problem, I have every paper there is to support what I say and they don't
