And there you have it folks. The birth of Cerveza Corona. I always thought it tasted like something that came from a bladder.

There is a herd mentality on this board. As soon as a couple people start saying the same thing no one has the balls to defend their point of view in fear of getting trappled by the herd. So you only here one side of the story here.

ATV's are the sport of middle aged white guys. Dirt bikes and wave runners are for the young. You guys are showing your age big time.

I don't own one, but I have been thinking about getting one. You see them zipping around the bay here in San Carlos. For the most part they mind there own business and don/t bother people. By contrast, on a lake they can definetly be a royal pain in ass to boaters following them around like knats. I don't see that down here.

I think the real problem with jet skis is related to the inefficiencies of a jet drive. They just dont do anything (including steering) unless you are revving the engine to ear splitting levels.

You can have fun on an ATV at low speeds. Not on a jet ski.

Gee, I wonder what would happen if a bunch of fairly well-off Mexicans went to the US for "a little relaxation of the rules." I'm sure nobody would mind.

I know. I was lost, looking for the one about noise and bothering people and stuff like that. Instead, I wandered into the immigration thread, home of the unidimensional.

Is that a fact? [ no answer required ]
Truth from me is, I can't stand the shore launched pests because of that. They tend to stay by the shore line. Their big-balled pilots seem to get off on their Top Gun fantasy at the expense of everybody on the beach and couldn't care less 'cause their need for speed and thrills is all they have at the moment.

Show some respect with your toys. It isn't our old age. It's your acting like a careless child that causes the problems.

Take your little go-fast piece of crap off-shore and have a ball. The shoreline is for quiet relaxation......even for youngsters less than sixty, or fifty. or........

By the way........... I saw a Negro on an ATV at Laguna Hanson last year. Can you believe that? He didn't know it was supposed to be for White folks.
I didn't tell him.

Yeah, right. How long have you been on this board? And the word is "trampled."

I'm waiting for your reply. "Totally not good" didn't set well with me. I believe it was unstudied.
What do you think?

Dennis,
I did reread and then wanted to think on it a bit before I replied. I see your point and understand your remark now. But it still stands out as a inappropriate to to me. "White Guys" is one thing but "Negro on an ATV"? I don't write well and don't express myself as well as I'd like. I do understand your come back on the "White Guy" comment. I just have trouble with "Negro".
