Rain and some wind through the night
Very dark skies to the north but no rain so far this morning and no wind
I would guessimate that we had about 2" maybe more.
Road to San Jose open although I am sure that it is rough. Havent actually made the trip myself
All in all, Lowell has been a welcomed relief from the heat.

Lowell seems to be making some strange moves back to the south, with los cabos in a direct line.

Could this thing make a loop and hit us again?

Lowell has now reached Texas and is still droping rain:

Here is a quote from Yahoo News this morning ...

"Texans were getting hit from both sides, as the remnants of Tropical Storm Lowell, a Pacific system, dumped nearly 8 inches of rain on Lubbock in 24 hours, flooding homes and roads"
