To Cypress- I agree. As a child I watched my uncle abuse dogs and cats. Always stuck with me. However, I retract my comment about you. I don't know you but I disagree with your opinion.

Yes ,this happens all the time in Baja,abandon puppies,and yes there are many gringo's that rescue them.Bless them..The population has gone down tremendously,by people like Willie Airstream..I volunteer at the Vet clinic in Mulege, and ,I thank him for helping.....

WillieAirstream- We have a couple of things to clean up in Seattle and Denver but will be relocating to the Mulege area in a few months. We have two dogs one of which is not that great around small dogs or we would agree to help "foster care" them. We are more than willing to assist with food costs and to contribute to any vet charges etc. Thanks for your efforts. Ron and Patty
