Ive only passed thru those towns when i went to Los Cabos. But the beaches i saw from the highway, specially near
Loreto were breathtaking. I mean unbelievable scenery.

All Gonzaga Bay beaches are at campos. Beluga is a good one. Paved roads won't take everywhere, specially in Baja.

Indeed, David. I need to buy me a 4x4. I have an 4wd explorer but its a 1997 model, so i cannot take it very far. I dont wanna get stranded in the Baja desert. Hehe. But i love exploring.

Bienvenido Sr Villafontana, you are not the only cachanilla in this site:biggrin: Same as you born and raise in Sin city except now I fell like a guero cause most of my friends are gabos (I reside in SD) and I can't complain, don't get me wrong I love our country and it's people as much as I do my adopted country and culture and as you can imagine I am here because I am addicted to Baja so let's stay in touch and when you get your new 4x4 let me know and we can go play.

Me gusta acampar junto con mi familia, pero pues es mejor con mas amigos, gabos especialmente por k son los que conocen la Baja mejor que uno que nacio aqui!! Jajaja

I don't think it is too unusual for we "gabos" to have learned more about the details of your state than you may know. Most of us are on long or repeated vacations, or are retired with lots of time on our hands. My experience is that tourists see my home country with new eyes, and often see and appreciate things that I take for granted. I wish there were a lot more native Mexicanos posting to this site, and I'd love the opportunity to share a campfire with you.

you just say when do we do campfire thing Seņor hobo (vagabundo in english) hahaha. But you know what, i have learned more places from my state from you fellow bajanomadians than by the my own baja california tourism secretariat. So its good to have a site like bajanomad.com to share not only places to go, or cool experiences, but also the opportunitie to meet baja california knowing gabos. thats very enriching for us natives. dont u agree Mr. Vgabndo??
