Horns you do not seem capable of doing much other than running your bossy mouth so here's her website for you. It took me about 10 seconds to find it.

To try and change this up a bit, I would recomend that you change the color scheme of the web page. The red letters on the blue back ground about blinded me.

Other than that I will stop by for a beer the next time I am down that way

And Mike-who does one hire to stamp concrete? All of our floors in our casa are glazed concrete-how hard would it be to change the color?

I don't like to hear Baja California refered to as a"third world country".
If your concerned with having a defined long term lease have one of the many notarios assist you with the documents and the hand shake won't be all your left with.

Krafty,
The coloring is done when still in the truck, after it is poured they do the usual skreeting. After it has dried for about 1 hour they use rubber patterns made from the real thing. Depending on what you want , as in our case they put on a darker shade of color and then laid the mould on and used a stamper to creat the pattern. With two colors it gave it a patena look. People that see it ask how may weekends it took to lay all those rocks. The actual stamping on mine took 45 minutes for a 20x40 patio. This process can not be done with a finished floor.

Derogatory name-calling often occurs when someone has an emotional argument to make with little or no supporting logical argument. This is you Lobsterman .

The emotional mind can often have a "mind of it's own" or "emotional intelligence" which operates independently of the factual, logical mind. When there is no logical argument to back up what the emotional mind is telling us, emotional outbursts such as name-calling often result.

You deal with your family this way too? Call your wife names. The kids?

You need to troll me much harder to get me all excited. After all...this place is just a forum. Dont get so emotional Lobsterman .

Mood: happy to be in Baja

Home in Yuma for the family --

Dug out my Old Puertecitos file and reread all three leases. Starting with the original lease from Raphael in the '80's , then the "new lease" from 1992, and the "new new " lease from 2004.

If I can read it, the "others" should be able to read too.b]All three leases read the same in the last paragraph. Any and all disputes will be settled in Mexicali Court !
