Oh Yes... I Understand that completly!! BUT FDT has been a great help, and that is exactly the area I thought I wanted if I were to stay in TJ proper(and not playas or Rosarito) ...which I have pretty much decided I was going to.. BUT yes I will look at see if I am confortable, if I like it, etc... BUT its a great start and who knows, I may live there for life, Or I may hate it!!... BUT at least I feel better that In 2 days I have some leads!!! :)

I'm starting to feel better about things... I was getting discouraged etc.. BUT things will work out!:)

Must be a decent neighborhood. No bars over the windows. Is that good or bad?

Street side windows too exposed for Burglar. Looks like a secure place to me.

I Officially live in Tijuana NOW!!

Well, I got an apartment yesterday, and I am VERY happy!! Its in Centro....lol (Let's not start that conversatioon again) On Ocampo and 11th... Its Small, BUT Perfect... I pay $260 USD a month and it includes EVERYTHING except electricity... Its partially furnished, with Stove Fridge, Bed.. Boiler, etc... Its a small little Melrose Place like complex (14 units) and Very safe and secure!

I located it while walking (I HAVE DEEP blisters on both feet i have walked so much) and FDT called the lady for me, and we met her looked at it and took it on the spot!!

I have already been to Waldo's here for a few things for the house, and Marshalls and Ross in SD.... Already Been to CableMas for Internet..(8 days for instalation beacause they dont belive that my unit has 14 units they say it has 9... and my apartment number is over the number 9.. so it takes longer....).

So... With the thanks to Everyones help ESPECIALLY FDT I did it faster than I thought!!

I am working on a blog with all this info so people in my position (with limited finds wanting to move here) they can look at it and get help specificlly for that situation! I will keep everyone posted!!

Thanks again!!!

;D

Really happy you found your new home! Great News.

If I needed something in Tijuana, Ferna is the first person I would call.

Good to see a happy ending.
