This is what I'd call a typical summer afternoon. Too bad my photos don't bring out the whitecaps more but believe me the whole bay is white not the pretty blue

Thanks Russ. Nothing like a nice LIGHT rain to green things up and maybe cool things down a bit. Sure hope that big color spot moving up the mainland coast doesn't take a liking to Chivato....

That blue blob is heading for Punta Chivato but it's quickly weakening. Not a solar day.

Mulege for supplies
Awoke early to some lightning off in the distance and couldn't get back to sleep at 4am. Went thru the morning rituals and now settled in. High wind was 34mph and I never heard it at 3:15. Here's the 1st shot in the eebmike loop and the most resent. Looks like it could have been a goon rain but as happens most often it petered out.
