Also... had my first run in with the police already...lol.. I am 30 years old and have never had this happen to me..

i was walkign along going to Cablemas to get my cable turned on and a cop pulle dup and started asking me all these questions.... If I worked, how do I afford to eat.. what I was doing etc.. (maybe it was Dennis.. is he a TJ policeman??):?:

Anyway I told him I didnbt have money... and asked why he was bothering me... he said he was doing his job... and I said why is your job to bother americans who are walking on the sidewalk... I dont have money for you... He said why do you think I want money I said EVERYONE knows TJ police want money... its just the way it is.. He asked me where I lived.. I told him I would rather tell a Cartel member than tell a policeman in TJ where I live... He was getting angrier and angrier.. and telling me to watch the way I talk.. I kept asking Por que moleste.?? Anyway he drove off I got his cruiser # (not sure if I should complain or not)

Next time, just tell the cops you are a tourist from San Diego and are looking for some good chiva. They'll either leave you alone or tell you where to buy it.
