Does anyone know if he has moved on from Rosarito???
If it looks like he is headed south I can send in the picture to a few places in Guerrero Negro...
Also...any info about what kind of stuff he likes to do? That could give some ideas as to what places he might stop?

Well...I'm not too surprised since they have less than zero jurisdiction below the border and who knows about the cooperation level.
"Voluntarily missing." What a pee-poor interpretation of events.
Got flyers made today. Too bad we have this messy holiday weekend in front of us. That will cause a mess up there.
