Burgers in La Paz

I am quite found of Buffalito's burgers in La Paz.
They use real mesquite, great meat and toppings. All home made. You watch them make it in an outdoor kitchen/grill. 70 to 85 pesos depending what you want on them. The fries are unfortunately frozen but overall the quality of the burgers makes it worth it for me. You can stand at the kitchen bar and sip a decent glass of wine while you watch the kitchen action.

Add a spoon of peanut butter when you flip the burger and smear it around as it melts. Once you do it you'll thank me:biggrin:

Add some finely diced red onion, a couple tablespoons of your favorite teriyaki marinade per lb of meat, some slices of pineapple grilling on the side. Top and add condiments as desired!!!

It all sounds great, though I do dream of my next Double-Double!!!:bounce:

As my math teacher used to say:

"the proof of the pudding is in the eating"

It looks great, Jesse, but (see above).

That burger could be served on a slab of newspaper and it would still be great --- so I guess a clean ashtray is OK.

That burger looks awesome Jesse! If you decide to put it on your menu it would be a good option for people who want to eat the sophisticated offerings on your menu but may have picky teenagers in tow... and sometimes we're all just dying for a good burger :) Yum.

What's the down side? Go for it. Many high end restaurants NOB have burgers. Would like to see the option of a poached egg as an option too.
